When it comes to sodium I aim to not exceed 2,300mg a day. As it relates to water retention, you really want your daily sodium intake to consistently be within a respective 500mg – 2,500mg. This is required in order to maintain homeostasis year round with minimal water retention / water weight βš–οΈ
